At the 2009 Florida Pool and Spa Show, we asked some Hammer-Head users to share their opinions about our products. Here's what some of them had to say:

To Whom It May Concern,
I am the Assistant Aquatics Supervisor for the City of Lakeland (FL) and I just wanted to drop a line to let you all know how much we really love our new HammerHead vacuums. The City of Lakeland has three Aquatic Facilities including two 45,000 + gallon pools. Our staff can not stop raving about what an amazing job the HammerHead’s have done.
We have one year round facility that always gets a lot of attention. Staff reported that even in this pristine pool that they were still able to pick up about a pound of sand with the power of the HammerHead. Our other facility is surrounded by all kinds of trees as well as a playground, it literally takes a couple of hours for it to be doused in all kinds of debris. The HammerHead proved itself to be able not only to take care of the detail cleaning necessary at the other pool but was also able to tackle the larger debris at this site.

Just for other info, I use this machine 49-50 weeks per year and I perform approximately 4800-5000 service stops per year.
That's about 95-100 residential pools per week. I have owned a Hammer-Head since 2001 and I gotta say it's the most reliable machine I've ever used. You guys do a great job and you should know that I am definitely your number one fan. Keep up the good work, and I appreciate what you're doing more than you'll ever know.

We have two service 21” hammer head units that are the older ones 6+ years old.
(First let me say, you have a hell of a product, these units have been used, not quite abused, but almost! One of our units went through cleanup of Hurricane Charley in Charlotte County Florida a few years back, and that unit is STILL running!!! With the same motor and prop! I’m beyond impressed with your product and highly suggest it to any pool service professional!)Amazing to me. Its nice to see a company build something that lasts and is actually worth the money you pay! Customer for life. I plan on buying newer vac heads when the time comes.

Dear Hammerhead Inc.,
After being in the pool business for nearly 25 years, I’ve grown to be quite a skeptic when it comes to promises associated with products in the industry. More often than not, I’ve been disappointed with the end results. But I have to say, I am wowed and excited about your product so much so that I’m actually writing an email to tell you about it.
The quality in the workmanship of the Hammerhead Service 21 and its accessories (especially the easiness when attaching the bags to the unit head) show the unique and original thinking behind your product.
I especially want to thank Dean for his help in answering all of my questions and his diligence in shipping the product in a timely manner.
A final note; although some people may consider this a high ticket item and not worth the investment, I can tell you that I look forward to using it because it saves time, wear and tear on my body, shortens my day and allows me to make money in other areas of my business.
